On March 5th, a group of British businessmen was received by Banco Santander at the British Embassy’s Commercial Office. Banco Santander’s Chief Economist, Mr. Claudio Soto, made a presentation of Chile’s economic environment and how Banco Santander, through International Desk, supports companies’ internationalization.
The delegation included ten businessmen representing British food and beverage trade companies, who traveled to Chile led by Banco Santander’s UK executives Bill Higgins, Cambridge & Anglia Regional Director, Tracy Grazioli, Anglia International Director and Mauricio Munguia, LATAM Desk Director, who coordinated the businessmen’s agenda together with the British Chilean Chamber of Commerce, with the purpose of fostering international business with counterparts in our country. An intense Business Round of bilateral meetings was held the next day with national companies of the same business areas.
